Lesson 3

Here we’ll learn how to properly make a deeply flavorful tomato & egg stew called Shakshuka, roasted squash with zaatar tahini and a zesty & herbaceous chickpea salad. We’ll learn about the complexity of Mediterranean spices and how to celebrate vegetable forward dishes.
